Herb Walks

We are excited to be doing educational herb walks on our property here in Verner Ontario this summer starting in the end of July going through August.   During each herb walk we will meet lots of local plants that discuss their uses and how to utilize them.  

Herb walks will begin once the mosquito population is tolerable.  Check back for more information on dates and times, or follow us on social media for announcements.

Join Clinical Herbalist, Jennifer Hoffman, to learn about herbal supports, lifestyle and dietary considerations in dealing with menopause and perimenopause symptoms. 

Expect practical tips, supportive discussions, and a welcoming space to share experiences.
