Returns

Shop with confidence knowing that returns are easy with our flexible return policy.  We are a small business and if you contact us, you will probably get to speak to the owner, so rest assured that we care about your business.

We offer easy returns up to 31 days after product purchase.

If you aren't 100% satisfied with your product, please reach out to us via the contact page and let us know what the problem is and how we can help.   

Products can be replaced, refunded or credited, depending on the issue.  If you aren't pleased with the product contact us within the first 31 days for a full refund minus any billed shipping costs.  

Returning a product is easy.  First contact us by phone, email or via the contact page below.  We will provide you with a free return shipping label.  Once we receive your product a refund will be issued within 5 business days to the card or account used to purchase the product.  If you opt for a replacement product, that product will be mailed out to you free of charge.  

In store purchases are subject to the return policy of the store.

If you have purchased a product at a market and you would like to return it, please contact us via the contact page or return it to the next market for a full refund.
