Shop with confidence knowing that returns are easy with our flexible return policy.  We are a small business and if you contact us, you will probably get to speak to the owner, so rest assured that we care about your business.

We offer easy returns up to 31 days after product purchase for online orders. 

If you aren't 100% satisfied with your product, please reach out to us via the contact page and let us know what the problem is and how we can help.   Damaged products can be replaced or credited.  If you aren't pleased with the product contact us within the first 31 days for a full refund minus any billed shipping costs.  The cost to return a product to us is 10 dollars and we will send you a shipping label.  It is not always necessary to ship the product back to us.  

In store purchases are subject to the return policy of the store.

If you have purchased a product at a market and you would like to return it, please contact us via the contact page or return it to the next market for a full refund.

Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped by UPS. Expect 4 business days for delivery in Ontario, 5-10 business days delivery from date of shipping in Western Canada or the Maritimes.

How To Do A Return for Refund

  1. Contact us via the chat function or the contact page and let us know what the problem is.
  2. After contacting us, returns can be made to P.O Box 222, Verner ON P0H 2M0
  3. Upon receipt of your return we will refund the amount of your purchase within 30 days minus any shipping costs to the original card used for payments.
